What is SLP: Synchronized Lifestyle Modification Program

Like Like millions of other human beings in this world today, you may feel unfulfilled, dissatisfied, and internally frustrated. You may be enjoying a high-tech luxurious life, yet even though you think you have everything, something seems to be missing. The SLP is going to help you to rediscover that real self that you have forgotten while building a career, a home, and a family. The Synchronised lifestyle modification plan SLP is an integrative wellness program, which tells us that we should mobilize full human body resources for healing. It is an individualized plan based on the rules of biochemical individuality and with a wholesome or holistic approach and it tries to bring the life style as close to nature as possible. It rejuvenates liver health and generates homoeostasis in biorhythms. Liver and biorhythms are interdependent for holistic health. SLP connects the micro-environment of the human body to the macro rhythms of nature and gives mental and spiritual peace. It is recommended for healthy adults, teens, children and safe for pregnant and lactating mothers. It is preventive and therapeutic for all body ailments.

“One cannot understand the rhythms and meanings of the outer world until one has mastered the dialects of the body”
Timothy Leary

The SLP is given to an individual after knowing the personal profile, socioeconomic status, climatic conditions, nature of work, likes/dislikes and availability of food. Present and past medical history, family and treatment history, psychological and detailed dietary routine is also very important. Other important diagnostic tools are in-depth general physical examination, pulse diagnosis, and NES scan. The program is recommended for health, weight management, metabolic disorders, acute and chronic diseases, psychological problems and for delaying aging. You are required to take complete responsibility for your own physical, emotional or spiritual wellbeing; if you do not agree with the foregoing or cannot comply, it is not recommended for you. The human value in this program deserves most importance. You can lift your self to new levels with it or if you wish, you can use it to help others and magnify your self-worth in the process. So now I hope you understand my motivation for making this program. I would like you to follow the 8- rules of Diet Correction and the various SLP food plans available at my website for 12 weeks to experience wellness personally.

Water Retention

General causes of water retention are excess of water intake, regular intake of cold or chilled water, intake of chilled drinks or juices, and excess of alkaline foods . Chemical salt available in the market is an important factor in water retention. Other general causes are water intake while eating food, Irregular eating pattern, lack of night sleep, prolonged stress and various medicines esp. hormones.

Water retention is part of the premenstrual syndrome. During this time, hormonal fluctuations can cause havoc in a woman’s body. In some women the monthly rise in estrogen raises the hormone aldosterone. Aldosterone, in turn, causes the kidneys to retain fluids and the woman to suddenly gain a few water-filled pounds.

While PMS is the major cause of water retention in women, water retention for both men and women can also be related to kidney problems, both serious (kidney disease) and common causes. Heart , liver, or thyroid malfunctions can also play a role in water retention. Thanks to the effects of gravity, retained water tends to accumulate in the feet, ankles, and legs, although no area of the body is immune. Other water prone areas are chin and eye esp. upper lids.

Symptoms of water retention:

These symptoms vary from person to person depending upon age, presence of other disease, gender, duration of water retention and level of water retention. I have seen two worst cases of water retention, one with sixty glasses of water and other with forty glasses of water. First one died due to heart and kidney failure, fate of the second one is unknown.

  • Swollen, bloated or puffy body.
  • Difficulty in losing weight.
  • Disproportionate body especially lower body.
  • Lose and toneless skin.
  • Saggy muscles.
  • Tendency for muscle and joint pains.
  • Mental and physical fatigue especially early morning.
  • Drowsiness.
  • Dizziness or loss of balance control.
  • Uncontrolled blood pressure.
  • Tendency for heart enlargement.
  • Hormonal imbalances.
  • Mood swings.
  • Various allergies (flu, asthma, eczema, arthritis etc).
  • High level of grief, sadness, feeling of detachment for the worldly life.

Bloating:

Bloating is the result of wind and water retention. Certain bodies have a tendency for retaining water and other types retain wind more.

Treatment:

  • Be careful about food intake and dietary habits.
  • Water intake should be carefully regulated.
  • Temperature of water and drinks should be close to the body temperature.
  • For relieving water retention peanuts, raisins, black tea, coffee, dark chocolate, cloves, soups and high proteins can be used.

Saturated Fats

Conventional medical authorities say that consumption of saturated animal fats is bad for you and causes heart disease.

But a hundred years ago, fewer than than one in one hundred Americans were obese, and coronary heart disease was unknown. The Procter and Gamble started marketing Crisco as a new kind of food — the first commercially marketed trans fat. Crisco was originally used to make candles and soap, but with electrification causing a decline in candle sales, Procter and Gamble decided to promote the fat as a “healthier” all-vegetable-derived shortening.

According to LewRockwell.com:

“Feeding high doses of fat and cholesterol to omnivores, like rats and dogs, does not produce atherosclerotic lesions in them. In fact, it turns out that people who have highest percentage of saturated fat in their diets have the lowest risk of heart disease. The last word on this subject should go to Julia Child. Enjoy eating saturated fats, they’re good for you!”

Dengue

You can find lot of information online. Whereas my opinion is different regarding the causative agents. All viral diseases which include dengue, hepatitis, prolong fevers, certain cancers etc always indicate a badly abused body. If you were very erratic about your dietary pattern, night sleep and physical activity, you were self sabotaging yourself. If a person always look at the negative aspect of a situation , immune system will be suppressed. Remember fear, phobia, sadness, lack of contentment, insecurity, poor relationship with parents and weak faith put you at the risk of killer diseases.

Viruses are like demons hidden in our body, waiting vigilantly for the right situation. In epidemics fear factor dominates and immunity crashes. In epidemic situations scholars should preach peace related religion aspects effectively to overcome the fear factor.
Keep in your virus can’t kill but fear can kill.

Hawaii A Quantum Land

Hawai is a paradise on earth.

Hawaii is a land of blessings; I had a feeling that God loves this land more than any other part of the earth. In order to qualify the paradise title, land should have special characteristics, which this land has.

It has variety of fruits like papaya, pineapple, coconut, grapes, melons and mangoes which are match less in their sweetness.
Various types of vegetables, herbs and macadamias are part of their routine diet. Seafood is surplus; you see a lot of natural chickens roaming about freely. You can even hear roosters crowing at the break of dawn.

Hawaiian fabric has flowery and tribal patterns and is seen everywhere, even their security men wear Hawaiian shirts. A specific type of flower garland is presented to all incoming guests. A lot of beautiful coral and pearl jewelry is on display at all scenic sites.

Its eight islands are surrounded by the Pacific ocean and the land of Hawaii is also blessed with the world’s tallest mountain, Mauna Kea, which is about 4460ft (measured from its base in the sea), even taller than Mount Everest. Hawaii was born as a result of volcanic activity and its volcanoes are still active. One of the islands still has the ancient indigenous Hawaiian tribes living there and is disconnected from this modern world; their secrecy and privacy is sacred to this state. Imagine the amount of wisdom they have which manifests itself through unbelievable feats like fishing for sharks with their bare hands. Hawaii has dense forests which include rain forests also. Multiple springs and waterfalls add to the beauty of this land.

While staying there, Hawaiian people try to teach you their native language which has only 12 letters and on leaving the island you are frequently using words like Aloha (welcome or greetings) and Mahaloa (bye) very comfortably.

A lot of educational institutes and the famous Hawaiian university are in Honolulu. It’s a centre of research especially for marine biologists who have one of the islands all to themselves. This island was also chosen by God for the introduction of Quantum medicine to physicists. These physicists were given the courage and wisdom to scientifically prove the link between the quantum universe and human body. This science proves the link between God and human life. I have got maximum satisfaction to my knowledge hunger in this conference.

Hawaiian people are very warm in their customs, helpful and good learners. They live in harmony with nature. One common message observed is ‘respect animals’. They imprint this message in their children from a young age. Birds are comfortable with and fearless of humans. This phenomenon was very awe inspiring for me, and I realized how much in harmony these people were for humans, birds and the animal kingdom as well.

The land of Hawaii teaches us the lesson of harmony with nature, love for humans and animal kingdom. They are happy and thankful people of planet earth, therefore blessed by God as well.

Hawaii Quantum Medicine Conference

I am blessed that I got a chance to attend a quantum medicine conference in Huwaii on 6–9th october 2011. Quantum medince is a branch of science which explains the role of mind and spirit in a routine human life and disease state.

Below are few references from the conference:

Dengue Prevention and Treatment Diet

As dengue cases are rapidly increasing in Lahore, local people should focus on their immunity enhancement. Mosquito killing sprays, lotions are dangerous because they choke your liver and indirectly suppress immune system. Avoid unnecessary exposure to these chemicals and work on the preventive aspect. Have healthy food, rest, and sufficient night sleep.

Immunity enhancing foods are half boiled desi eggs, soups or yakhni, hot milk, fish, keema, yogurt and easily digestible foods like khichiri or daliya. Have these foods to protect yourself from dengue and other infections. Avoid dead foods like white flour based foods, broiler chicken, and bakery stuff. Mixing of juices, fizzy drinks, milk, tea and coffee should be strictly avoided, because they traumatize immune system. Keep your body warm and avoid exposure to cold temperature rooms, foods and drinks.

  • For breakfast Yogurt, or desi daliya with milk or egg or yogurt or yakhni.
  • Three hours after breakfast fresh apple juice with one table spoon of lemon or natural apple vinegar.
  • For lunch brown rice khichiri with yogurt.
  • Three hours after lunch mix fruits especially papaya, grapes and anar can be taken.
  • For dinner again take khichiri with yogurt.
  • Half a cup of green tea with shaker has to be taken three times a day after the meals.
  • Boiled potato, corn, yakhni, home made butter and cheese are also helpful.
  • Take Darood sharif charged (dum karke) water to overcome fear.

Unhealthy Youth

Unfortunately the most unhealthy people I see in my practice are the youngsters. They are holistically unhealthy. 90% are suffering from subconscious depressions or a hyperactive mind syndrome. This syndrome leads to disturb relationships, behavioral disorders, lack of trust in themselves, selfishness, fatigue and poor performance at home, college and work.

These youngsters are suffering from weight gain-weight loss syndrome, high cholesterol, high fasting sugar, disturb hormones, poor reproductive health, bad cardiac health and speedy mental aging. In order to live a balanced and successful life one has to live through an individual, collective and universal conscious. Collective conscious makes you think about the betterment of family, society and country.

You can not enter into two higher beings with a physical body which is not nature aligned. The most fearful element which I find is, that their lifespan is shortening. Remember holistically unhealthy person is of no use for the country and is easily captured by evil forces. These forces distort their believes and faith and make them fearful and insecure. Only then these youngster indulge themselves into drugs, drinks and now high-tech gadget. My request to all the youngsters is please try to slow down, focus on your lifestyle especially dietary habits and try to focus on 6-8hours of night sleep.Only then you can excel in your respective fields.

Yoga a Holistic Exercise

My clinical experience has proven yoga, the best exercise for holistic health. Physical benefits of yoga are that it relaxes muscles, ligaments and joints. It corrects blood and lymphatic circulation. Works on endocrine glands which none of the exercises can work. It aligns body skeleton in a perfect manner, which we mal-align due to wrong sitting postures. Yoga rejuvenates skin and is anti aging. Yoga is a remedy for speedy mental ageing and enhances memory and concentration.

Yoga has spiritual benefits as well. In order to connect with higher being we need to quite our mental excitability.

In her book Yoga for Emotional Balance, clinical psychologist and yoga therapist Bo Forbes explains that depression can imprint itself on both patterns of movement and posture. She writes that when we’re depressed the body “may have what I call ‘Closed Heart Syndrome,’ a postural pattern that illustrates the helplessness, hopelessness, and self-protective withdrawal of depression.” In this syndrome, “the chest sinks and the heart area collapses (making) the breath shallow and slow.” In addition, she says that “the upper spine and shoulders round, as though to protect the heart from further disappointment. This also protects us from intimacy, which people with depression may see as merely another chance to be hurt.”

In yoga, Dr. Forbes explains, “we use head and neck alignment, heart-opening restorative postures and deep breathing to lift and balance depression.” She adds that “people who have physical symptoms of depression often benefit from lengthening and opening the upper thoracic spine and chest areas.”

Some research suggests that yoga, along with strength and flexibility training, can effectively address depression, and we know that other forms of exercise, principally aerobic exercise such as walking or jogging, can improve mood. Many studies show that depressed patients who stick to a regimen of aerobic exercise improve as much as those treated with medication and are less likely to relapse. The data also suggest that exercise prevents depression and boosts mood in healthy people. More research is needed to reveal exactly how exercise does this and to determine just how much and what kind works best, but given what we now know, I consider it inexcusable to omit exercise from an integrative treatment plan for emotional well-being.
