Everybody wanted to show their love and affection by sharing their experience of bringing up children. Grandparents pamper their grand children by offering them real food or junk food at odd timings.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="color: #ff7b00;">Remember human child has</span></strong> a harmony in his/her body system since the birth. As growth and development is happening in the body, any toxic food introduced at this stage goes into the deeper layers of developing body organs and will result in their dysfunction at a later age. Science has proven that poor selection of food at this tender age leads to serious health disorders which manifest physically approximately at the age of 20 plus.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="text-align: center; color: #000000;"><span style="color: #ff7b00;"><strong>In</strong> <b>my clinical practice</b></span> I see that general status of health of an infant or a toddler is being declined. Malnourished babies have pale complexions, dark circles, are under weight and suffer from recurrent chest or stomach infections. Common causes are undernourishment during pregnancy, poor quality of mother’s milk, early introduction of formula milk and unhealthy foods given.</span></p>								</div>

Whoever gains weight more than this range keeps on struggling to shed this extra weight throughout her life. Remember extra weight gained during pregnancy is a permanent weight gain, and will keep on bouncing back after every <span style="color: #ff6600;"><a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://picchls.com/side-effects-of-crash-dieting/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crash diet</a></span>.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="color: #ff7b00;">SWIPE during pregnancy prevents and controls blood pressure</span></strong>, pregnancy diabetes, swelling or oedema, nausea, vomiting, acidity, freckles and mood swings. The target baby weight is about 7lbs, heavyweight babies are at multiple health risks. A pregnant female is supposed to eat five or six times a day which includes three meals and two or three snacks.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #ff7b00;"><b>Take pre-breakfast</b></span> within 2-3 minutes of waking up while sitting on the bed.
