During this time, hormonal fluctuations can cause havoc in a woman’s body. In some women the monthly rise in estrogen raises the hormone aldosterone. Aldosterone, in turn, causes the kidneys to retain fluids and the woman to suddenly gain a few water-filled pounds.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">While PMS is the major cause of water retention in women, water retention for both men and women can also be related to kidney problems, both serious (kidney disease) and common causes. Heart , liver, or thyroid malfunctions can also play a role in water retention. Thanks to the effects of gravity, retained water tends to accumulate in the feet, ankles, and legs, although no area of the body is immune. Seafood is surplus; you see a lot of natural chickens roaming about freely. You can even hear roosters crowing at the break of dawn.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">One of the islands still has the ancient indigenous Hawaiian tribes living there and is disconnected from this modern world; their secrecy and privacy is sacred to this state. Imagine the amount of wisdom they have which manifests itself through unbelievable feats like fishing for sharks with their bare hands. Hawaii has dense forests which include rain forests also. Multiple springs and waterfalls add to the beauty of this land.</span></p>

In order to live a balanced and successful life one has to live through an individual, collective and universal conscious. Collective conscious makes you think about the betterment of family, society and country.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">You can not enter into two higher beings with a <span style="color: #ff6600;"><a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://picchls.com/your-habits-are-more-important-than-your-genes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">physical body</a></span> which is not nature aligned. The most fearful element which I find is, that their lifespan is shortening. Remember holistically unhealthy person is of no use for the country and is easily captured by evil forces. These forces distort their believes and faith and make them fearful and insecure. </span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">Only then these youngster indulge themselves into drugs, drinks and now high-tech gadget. My request to all the youngsters is please try to slow down, focus on your lifestyle especially <span style="color: #ff6600;"><a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://picchls.com/swip-personalized-food-plans/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dietary habits</a></span> and try to focus on 6-8hours of night sleep.Only then you can excel in your respective fields.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;">Today I saw a girl of 13years weighing 102kg and having complaints of hormonal imbalance, piles, anemia, chronic headache, mild hypertension, sleep disorder, frequent nasal bleeding and a hyper-active mind.</span></p></div></div>								</div>

According to Dr Chopra: “Aging is much more of a choice than people ever dream” and for that, it is essential to reinterpret the concept of body and realize the “changeless I” inside of us, which the ancient sages in India simply called the Self (Soham). He considers three distinct ways to measure someone’s age. </span></p><ul><li style="text-align: left;"><strong>Chronological Age</strong> – how old you are by the calendar;</li><li style="text-align: left;"><strong> Biological Age</strong> – how old your body is in terms of critical life signs and cellular processes, i.e., how time has affected your organs and tissues compared to other people of your chronological age;</li><li style="text-align: left;">and <strong>Psychological Age</strong> – how old you feel you are.”</li></ul>								</div>

A male of chronological age 50, would have biological age of 55 and mental age of 60 years. Out of three aging processes, mental is the worst one and most dominating therefore it drags the physical body to the age of mental being. Therefore a young man with advanced mental aging will develop speedy biological aging and will suffer from degenerative diseases at an early age.</span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong> When you age holistically</strong>, mental aging is slower than the biological aging and longevity is the outcome. In my opinion aging is an outcome of external and internal environmental factors, which are affecting the human body. Internal and external environment is interdependent and independent as well. </span></p><p style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>For example</strong>; food is an external factor but controls internal environment, and at the same time unhealthy internal chemistry leads to <span style="color: #ff6600;"><a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://youtu.be/QD4av6a0e3s?si=puxs8aMCfqWQu869" target="_blank" rel="noopener">abnormal food cravings</a></span>. Centenarians go through holistic aging and have common healthy lifestyle factors. In order to delay degenerative aging and have <span style="color: #ff6600;"><a style="color: #ff6600;" href="https://picchls.com/slp-pre-disease-diagnostics/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">holistic aging</a></span>, the most important factor is mental health. If we are health conscious we nourish our body with a natural and healthy lifestyle but forget to nourish our mind and therefore suffer from mental aging. Every human being is born with a built-in passion for a hobby which is an anti-dote to mental stress. For holistic aging we have to allocate little time for our hobby.</span></p>								</div>
