GENERAL FOOD PLANS

SWIPE general food plans are preventive and therapeutic and based on 10 years of independent research of Dr. Shagufta Feroz and Entrain body with ongoing biological rhythms. Predominantly Plant Based food is organized in a manner that gives harmony in the inner environment. SLP food plans are not “DIETS” but a Program, and is a calorie and quantity free plan. If the plan is followed correctly, results obtained are 50-60% over a period of 3-6 months. 

There are a variety of SWIPE general food plans available for adults, toddlers, children, students and pregnant females, besides a Dengue and Ramadan plan.

PERSONALIZED FOOD PLANS

Personalized food plans include a body-compatible food combination that harmonies circadian rhythms, regulates homeostasis and therefore sleep, and stress besides preventing and healing a disease process. The plan is based on the 8-Rules of Correct Eating, If the plan is followed correctly, results obtained are 80-90% in 3-6 months.
